FIFA 17 available as of 27th September

FIFA 17 available as of  27th September and is using Frostbite-engine, that was announced by EA yesterday via an trailer and on the EA site. For more details we have to wait until 12th of June were EA will hold an EA Play event in Los Angeles.

The event that will start just before the E3-gamefair and you can follow it via this livestream.

Big news is that the game is developed using the Frostbite-engine, which is also use for EA’s Battlefield and Star Wars: Battlefront. Engine is created by DICE and has never been used for an soccer game so we are very interested how this will work out for EA.

The EA Trailer shows old FIFA-games follow by almost photorealistic video where the new ambassadors of the game a posing in front of the camera. Images are possible created using the new Frostbite-engine but that is unfortunately still unclear due to lack of an official statement from EA.

The new announced ambassadors that according to EA have help in improving the game are James Rodriguez (Real Madrid), Anthony Martial (Manchester United), Eden Hazard (Chelsea FC) and Marco Reus (Borrusia Dortmund)

EA announced that the game will be released on the 27th of September on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC. The game will be available worldwide on the 29th of September.

FIFA 17 will also be available for PS3 and Xbox 360 but will be using a different engine we can only assume EA will stick here to the old Ignite-engine.
